But I’m about 6 months into my gym membership and about 2 months into working with Steve Gallagher as my trainer at LIV and I love it! After 20 years behind a desk and 2 kids...I feel better than I have in ages! I look forward to every training session...it’s hard, but so fun. Steve is terrific and from what I can tell...the other trainers are too. There is an amazing diversity of age and fitness level among the clients which I think speaks volumes about this program. You can be at any level and these trainers will work with you to achieve your goals. It’s not cheap...but nothing is more important than your health! Highly recommend!
