Yes i have been doing facetime training for 2 years with clients of all ages and fitness levels and have been very succesful.
For clients that are high risk aside from facetime training if they want in person i would take any precations neccesary as far as wearing a mask and distancing . At this point with vaccines i think we’re becoming more comfortable again with being around each other. As far as nutrition and vitamins there are supplements I use and recommend for everyone that helps keep your immune system strong to fight any pathogens.
