Been seeing trainer Tav on and off this year but always love coming back for the following reasons: - 1:1 training available - diverse equipment for all body structures - All equipment are maintained - clear training area with a nice small entrance - Clean exercise area with sufficient air and lighting - so no gym smell yay! - Trainer is extremely knowledgeable and even does PT - restroom available and clean - Trainer jots down all details and follows it like your fave music, eating habits, what you do on a regular basis that affects your overall health, weekly health progression -Trainer is friendly and open for any questions you may have - knowledgeable in nutrition As for me I have IBS, issues with my legs, and in rugby and Tav has been helping so much so that I can be fit. It’s up to me now if I will follow the proper change in eating habits.
