Yes I am online only. I will share docs / slides that provide you places to fill out. One for workouts so you will have a properly laid out program to follow and it will track your numbers and progression and on the nutritional side it will track all progress calorie/food goals and have recipes and advice on how to reach your goals along with phone calls and of course texting whenever you want.
That will be based off of what they want and how comfortable they are with everything. Home workouts outside workouts! Also getting in the best shape as you can be in is a great way to start !
