How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

The first step in helping a client acheive goals is always helping the client clearly identify their goals before prioritzing them. I provide plenty of resources and information and dont overplan a program to where it isn't adherable. The key is really focusing on making small, yet impactful changes that make them want to continue to change habits on their own. My goal as a trainer is to provide the utmost support, to educate and hod clients accountable in their daily habits that dictate the result.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Balance. If you don't feel good doing it, it's probably not sustainable. The secret is knowing when to push, and knowing when to rest as well as celebrating small victories. The physical pillars are: Flexibility/Mobility, Strength/ Correctives, Cardio, Sleep, and Diet/ Water Intake.

What do you love most about your job?

I love being able to educate and share my philosphies with clients. I always say, "my job isn't to hold onto a client forever, my job is to educate and support them in learning how to make it a lifestyle for themselves." I love a challenge of helping someone rehab something that has been inhibiting their daily life and activities, helping them lead as pain-free of a life as possible. I love people and getting to know what makes them "tick". To me, people are puzzles. I find them in pieces and do my best to put them back together. Mostly, I love "the little things", getting to see the excitement when a client accomplishes something meaningful, getting to be a cheerleader for someone that doesn't have a lot of support, getting to help construct a plan to relieve someones pain and it working in their favor!

What inspired you to start your own business?

What inspired me to start my business was a lot of my clients were terrified of COVID. A lot of them were older, dealing with health conditions, didn't feel comfortable going back to the gym. I also felt very supported by my clients. Overtime, a lot of my clients become family, and I couldn't do it without them, and I wouldn't be where I am without them. Also, as someone that's been strength training for about 11 years, I know the gym generally isn't comfortable for most. I've made it my mission to provide this private, luxury service to limit distractions and add another level of comfortability for a client to focus on their program and their goals.

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients should choose my services because im not just selling weight-loss, the look, or the program. Im offering a different perspective on exercise and lifestyle that isn't the common cookie-cutter approach most trainers champion. I offer companionship in an area most people struggle with, Im offering a sophisticated approach that ensures sustainability and longevity. I believe the key to a fit lifestyle is balance and function; I teach my clients the heavy importance of corrective exercise and recovery tactics to enhance their performance in their personalized strength training programs.
I believe strength training is more than building muscle and looking fit, it’s about translating the principles of our training program into our daily lives that makes it a lifestyle. Helping clients rehab, get stronger, attain and maintain results by educating is the goal.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I can do Facetime or Zoom sessions. I teach people how to maximize results with minimal equipment.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I've minimized the amount of clients I see at once. I've also made sure all equipment is sanitized after each use.
