Found this to be a great place to work out in small groups with trainers. They have 5-6 sessions each day for adults and a afternoon program for kids and athletes. My group varies from 4-8 adults with 1-2 trainers.
There is a lot of attention to technique and form. Great deal of variety in the circuits they plan for us each day combining strength and flexibility. No two days have been the same in the last 2 months.
The space is nice and open, not jammed with equipment. A modern take on the idea of a gym. You can tell that the owners/trainers are thoughtful and very much into what they do. One interesting thing is to see them apply therapeutic movements and techniques to help resolve any pains/sprains that would keep people from going on.
There is a fun and lively atmosphere. Their training philosophy is to help people work out consistently in a way that is well-rounded without risking injury or excessive soreness. I think it works well and makes a big difference.
