What do you love most about your job?

Being able to touch the lives of so many women, and help them not just exist but truly live optimally and finally feel healthy and confident in their body again! Getting texts from clients showing me the pair of jeans they are fitting into again, sending videos of them exercising, and watching them crush goals they never thought would be possible is the absolute most rewarding part of being an online fitness coach!

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was sick of working for the man and selling my soul to the military (where are my veteran ladies at?!) and then later to corporate America.

I always had a passion for fitness, nutrition, and health...and dreamt of working with other women, and truly walking in my passion of teaching others about health, fitness, and nutrition, but never thought having my own business it would be "in the cards for me"

What I didn't realize that there is no such thing as the "hand I was dealt" I shifted my perspective, and realized that I was the one in control, (much like a fitness and health journey) I just didn't have the right tools and knowledge to set myself up for success. I invested in a business coach, and it absolutely changed my life, and gave me the tools to finally live in my purpose!

With over a decade of experience in the Air Force, I get the challenges that come with high-stress environments, and I know how to create programs that actually fit your life.

No restrictive diets or extreme workouts, just practical strategies that let you live fully and feel great in your own skin.
