Pavel is very diligent in making sure each persons personal goals are met. He not only offers personal training but also talks about nutrition and what each individual must do to meet their own goals. Crossfit Criterion is the first Crossfit box I've been a member of and I love this place! I did research a couple of other boxes in town. There are a lot of naysayers out there of Crossfit, usually people that have never participated in the training, but I can say I have found the negativity completely unfounded in Criterion. Â After all of the variety of training I did during 22 years in the Marine Corps, I wish I had known about Crossfit while I was still in. Â It is no wonder that so many members of the military, particularly Special Operators, and law enforcement and first responders use Crossfit as a valued training tool to enhance their capabilities. Â As a disabled Veteran, my coaches have worked with me and have scaled the workouts to achievable levels to help me set goals, build confidence, and get me back to the levels of fitness I want to achieve and more. Â Drew and Matt are outstanding coaches and just great people! Â Did I mention that they are both former Marines?
