I recently participated in complete fitness results twenty pounds in 6 weeks challenge. At my final weigh in I was twenty-two pounds less than where I was day one. I was able to learn a good number of valuable lessons that I can take with me for the rest of my life. The trainers I worked with were knowledgeable and worked with me to be able to do a hinge motion (exercise term). I enjoyed the workouts that they had planned out, individual routines for each day. I meet some very nice and supportive people who I hope to retain as a support system down the road.

Far and away my favorite gym anywhere. The staff is phenomenal, total professionals. And the people who attend the sessions are serious about fitness. You'll be in great company at Core 3. I don't live in St Louis, but being able to work out at this facility was the final selling point for a recent visit. If you haven't been, try it out.......you will not be disappointed!

So this was formerly CityFit studio and now is under a new ownership. New name is City Community Fly fitness! There are some welcome changes like full length mirrors, two changing rooms and better sound equipment! Love that most of the former instructors stayed. I basically took classes for the amazing instructors and I glad that they stayed at the studio.They have barre , circuit training, Pilates and yoga classes. I love the the instructors who are very involved and pay attention to their clients and their workouts, including the new owner Kate Ferguson! They have some new client specials going on and I highly recommend that you take advantage of them. I love barre, it is deceptively simple but so fulfilling! My muscles ache for at least 2 days after and I feel so much stronger and accomplished . Â Circuit training is challenging and rewarding in its own way. I don't do Pilates and yoga as much but I know people who swear by them.Love the community feel of the studio, and how we all got to know each other and help make our workouts more challenging and this place awesome!
