How to describe working with Jenny? I will tell you that she knows her stuff and you will get a great workout. I've been with her for over 2 years and I haven't gotten bored yet. With Jenny's encouragement and guidance (i.e. training plan) I signed up for and completed my first triathlon. This year I'm signed up for 2! Even better than how your body feels after working out with Jenny, your spirit will feel even better. Jenny is both challenging and encouraging. I feel accepted, validated and recharged after my workouts. If you have the chance to work with Jenny, I highly recommend it.

My love for health and fitness started at an early age. Today, I’ve been fortunate enough to turn my passion into a career. Since 2003 I’ve been working as a fitness professional and coach, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle. My client list includes professional athletes as well as weekend warriors. Through my experiences working with a diverse group of clients I’ve come to realize that everyone is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle.

Sick of paying an arm, leg, and a kidney just to drag your feet on a treadmill for an hour and burn water weight that you'll gain back the next day while your meat-head "Certified" personal trainer stands there and watches you while sipping on a Pumpkin Spice Frappe? It's time to stop wasting your valuable time and your hard earned money, and it's time to get serious about your training and your health.

Trenti Training is an in-home and/or semi-private gym lifestyle-training company located in the NE metro. What makes Trenti Training unique from any other weight-training program is the reversal of the mind-body-soul concept to the soul-mind-body approach. There is a specific order of importance when it comes to introducing change to the body. Not only that, a lifestyle change is difficult and it takes time.

Courtney has shown me through many examples how a LIFESTYLE CHANGE is so different and much more beneficial than short term dieting. Her workouts are challenging and so fun! She is 100% support and on your team! Getting a new food recipe every week is obviously a bonus! She created a nutrition plan just for me! How awesome is that?!?!? She truly cares about her clients personally and professionally. She will help you make a plan and succeed! She absolutely loves what she does and it shines through in her work and dedication. Thank you for helping me change my life... I am forever greatful.

Tracy is fabulous. I am halfway through my first bootcamp with her. I am really glad I found her, her classes are not easy but worth it. Since starting boot camp I can see and feel the changes in my body. She cares about each of her clients, about their goals and their progress. Each bootcamp is filled with fun and hard work. I am excited for what’s to come and happy to continue working with Tracy.

I did Mickayla’s Define and Sculpt Program last November, and it really helped me kick start myself into a healthy way of living. She is so genuine and relatable that I found working with her a comfort. I loved how easy the workouts were to do from home, the recipes were amazing and provided me a lot of options with my family, and I finally found results and a new found energy. I can’t thank Mickayla enough for the support and opportunity to feel as good as I do! Now, I workout 4+ days a week, intermittent fasting, and make healthy meal choices confidently. I Highly recommend her programs, and I just think she’s amazing!

I help my clients feel great and look it too. I specialize in weight loss, pain reduction, and improving your fitness and nutrition. Individualized programming (even with group settings) will make sure your needs are heard and met. I go through a thorough assessment and consultation to make sure I understand exactly what you want, need, and where you are coming from. I provide automated nutrition coaching (Precision Nutrition Certified) to help with your physique and nutrition goals if you want to lose weight, gain some muscle, or tone up. That's why I offer a free consultation and assessment. Ever had any hip, back, neck, shoulder, or knee irritation or pain? If so, you've found the right trainer. I use the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), and Movement Systems Impairment Syndromes (MSIS) methodologies. My job is to understand you and that's what I will do if we train together. I invite you to come on in for a free consultation and assessment. Let's get started on your goals!
We'll talk about what exactly you need to do to achieve your goals. This means, we need to come up with a plan which is realistic for you. Second, we need to choose exercises (which are based on the assessment) which you can do well. The last part of the initial plan is taking some baseline measurement like weight, potential girth measurements, circumference measurements, and pictures. It's sometimes a little scary, but it'll be hugely motivating later once you see the difference.
Periodically, we'll assess your progress to make sure you are moving towards your goals. We'll change the exercise programs anyways to make things interesting, and to challenge you. If you can only workout at home, or travel for work, or whatever, we can make it work.
Once you reach your goals, it's time to celebrate!
The secret is getting help when you hit a plateau, tracking your progress (so you know if you are plateauing or not), and working patiently. You won't get the body of your dreams quickly. Otherwise, you likely already would have accomplished it. We'll make changes to your program when their needed and insure we are hitting your short term goals (which come from your long term goals).
Basically, I fill in the gaps at times when you feel no motivation, don't know what to do, and have a plateau.
I love seeing progress! I like knowing my client's goals and what's important to them.
I had a client who came in with two back surgeries, carried more weight than she liked, and was feeling sluggish. In exactly 6 months, Cara lost 45 pounds, had more energy, looked great, and was feeling good in the back area.
The cool thing is that Cara simply followed the plan and trained consistently. Simple training and nutrition work equals powerful results. I just find it fun when people are progressing and hitting their goals!
I wanted to provide a level of care which I couldn't offer working in larger commercial gyms. I began to work on both training and nutrition. I also began to focus on bridging the gap between rehabilitation and fitness for those clients that needed it.
I'm very easy to get along and I keep your goals in mind in everything that we're doing. I track your progress, and make sure you are moving toward your goals. Plus, I'm fun to work with. I'll often have friendly competitions and I keep track of your own personal records which we'll try to beat. Getting the body of your dreams doesn't have to be daunting boring work! It should be fun, and you should enjoy your body!
