Dr. Justin Nye from Woodbury Spine and Injury Center. The big question is what would you pay to feel great all the time. Our family has been going to the clinic now for over a year. We feeel great just about all the time. We have a one year old and I know he wouldnt be the happy well adjusted kid he is today if not for the early treatment at the Clinic. The best thing we ever did to keep healthy. Yes you may have to wait a day to get an exam done, We thought we would be treated the same day. Wouldn't you rather have your doc check you out before he started tweaking you out. We feel better knowing that he took the proper steps to keep us safe. I've been a constant gym goer to this facility from it's Gold's Gym days, nothing has changed but the name. I come to the gym to get some light cardio in, and to mainly lift weights, I don't have a complaint in neither department. The locker rooms could be bigger, but it's minor with comparison to going to the Y, or to Planet Fitness, feel out of place every time I go to either facility. I come to this gym to workout, not worry about the customer service, I'm in my headphones the majority of the time, so no use in talking anyways. In the Fox Valley, I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to workout and handle there business and leave, not sit around and talk, it's not a coffee shop.

Im very grateful that I was able to continue working with clients all through the Covid era. I had already established myself as an in person and online via zoom trainer before the very challenging Covid era. I currently require clients and myself to continue masking in my work/life studio space. I space clients out 15 minutes in between each of them so that I have time to carefully sanitize entry space, client restroom and equipment that clients utilize for sessions. I also have added three HEPA filter air purifiers on each floor to keep the air quality very high. In addition I cross-ventilate by opening windows during the warm and cooler months. When the AC is used, I make sure have the central unit inspected yearly for cleanliness.
