I saw that the kettlebell gym was offering a 6 week Little Black Dress Event. I signed up and got a friend to do it with me. It was very intimidating setting foot in that gym the first day. I could easily have said this isn't for me and walked out the door, but I didn't. I kept going back. The trainers are so positive and motivating. After 6 weeks, I am down 20 lbs. I feel great. My clothes fit better. I finally found something that works for me. I am not the strongest person. I am in my 50s, so if I can do it..anybody can! I am so excited to see where I go from here. Staying with the gym and following a diet that makes me more conscious of everything I eat. Thanks 180... amazing!!!
