Refreshing because he just doesn't say: "Ok go here, do this.." He takes the time and attention to cue my movements, and help me prevent injury and get the most out of the functional exercise. I definitely feel stronger with Dan's coaching. Highly Recommended.

We use this facility for indoor practices when the weather doesn't cooperate. They are very fair on last minute pricing and accomdating our team's needs. Our girls fastpitch softball team like the facility and the girls love to run the ninja courses. Great place for teams, families and/or friends to have fun with fowling, nerf wars, ninja courses and more. There's a lot of options for a good time!
