Most clients can expect to get results as soon as 1-2 month(s) into the program! Whether you are trying to lose weight or build muscle, it is expected following the program to lose some lbs and gain muscle every month. The more disciplined you are following the workouts and tracking your food, the better results you will get! It is also common to see continuous strength increases throughout the program while improving flexibility and feeling better. I have Personal Training Plans ranging 1-4 sessions per week. Please expect to be spending at least $400/month in personal training. I have a lot of expenses and put in a lot of work into each and every client to offer this program. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I offer all of my training services online. With every region dealing with covid-19 differently, I have my services online and it is up to the individual how and where they want to train.

For in-person training, the gym accommodates with lots of sanitizing sprays available to wipe down all gym equipment. There are multiples of almost all gym equipment so social distancing is easily available. Gym recommends anyone feeling symptoms of Covid-19 to stay home and not go to the gym. Gym is cleaned multiple times throughout the day to ensure cleanliness.
