I found TWY fit just driving by it. I live nearby and had been looking for a personal trainer in the area. I've never trained anywhere before so I don't have a lot to compare to but, so far I'm very happy with my choice. I train with the Owner, Mike. He's been great! Very flexible scheduling, Competitive rates, and he gives me a good workout without pushing me past my limit. The gym is clean and has a lot of equipment, including a ton of free weights. They have Zumba and Yoga too! The thing I like the most is the intimate atmosphere. It's not intimidating at all and I feel very welcomed while I'm there. Hopefully I'll have some amazing results to review about in a few months!

At first I was skeptical on whether this 6 week challengw was going to work out... the 1st week was brutal , really missed good food, but stuck with the meal plan that was provided since I really wanted to lose weight . I stuck with the meal plan and stuck with the 3 day a week workout with Sam. The workouts by Sam were amazing, they truly were different, not one workout was the same, and Sam made sure you pushed yourself to your limit. With all my hard work and sticking with the meal plan, I won the challenge !!!
