Best decision was signing up for the challenge, I met such inspirational, motivating people who push you, coach you and bring out your best. After the challenge, I stepped out of my comfort zone and signed up for the krav classes. I truly enjoy learning, working hard towards my fitness goals and especially enjoy all the support and encouragement you get from the instructors. I'm so happy that I have found this school. If you are looking for a great workout that will push you and you want to be surrounded by positive people, check this place out. I am feeling the best I've felt in years. This business is also all about giving back to the community! They work towards changing lives and are great at it!
