How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I like to teach my clients about healthy habits that are simple to include in their everyday life. I try to find a sustainable strategy unique to them to make sure they are set up for success on their fitness journey. With the proper mindset and consistency my clients become unstoppable.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistency and mindset. This is no secret at all and most people know this already but just because we know something doesn't mean we are always able to push ourselves to do this. Having someone to keep you accountable and give you targeted workouts you can be very successful with your fitness goals.

What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people find their fitness mindsets and making fitness less intimidating by giving them the knowledge and confidence to continue even without me.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I spent about a decade in the television industry until I realized it was draining my spirit. Feeling lost and slipping into depression I decided to start working out to give myself something to do since I knew that moving my body was the best way for me to feel better. I’ve always worked out but I became more intentional. Making it a point to pack my gym clothes and go to the gym or go as soon as I woke up in the morning. It became my only solace from the monotony of my days. I started to wonder if this was something I could do as a career and got my NASM certification and explored becoming a full time personal trainer. In 2019 I became fully certified and moved back to Boston in January of 2020.….I took a chance and started offering virtual training sessions during initial Covid lock downs and continued to learn more and more about fitness and how to really help people get to their goals in a realistic way. I went on to work at commercial gyms like, Boston sports club and Equinox. Helping people find their fitness mindsets and breaking down fitness in a way that makes it less intimidating has become my passion.

As I like to say “I’m not a regular trainer, I’m a cool trainer” because working out doesn't have to be a drag! They can expect a fun light hearted environment full of positive vibes all while they get a great workout tailored to their needs and goals.
