I am an in-home personal trainer. I bring my equipment to my client’s home. For clients that like working out in a gym, I also write programs and do virtual training sessions. I offer virtual group exercise classes as well. Fitness has been my passion since I was fifteen and there’s nothing that brings me more joy than helping someone fall in love with fitness! I’ve been training for three years and recently started my own business.

My husband and I went to Revive Dance Xchange in search of someone who could choreograph and teach us a first dance routine for our wedding last month. Neither me nor my husband had ever previously danced but despite our being nervous we had SO MUCH FUN during our lessons. Candy was helpful, funny, and made us feel at ease during our time with her. Our routine was perfect for our skill level and our guests loved our performance. I know a few people who have children in classes at Revive and they are big fans Miss Candy and her staff as well. We recommend Revive Dance Xchange for all your dancing needs.

Joining iLoveKickboxing Peabody is one of the best decisions I've ever made for my health! I've always had trouble sticking to workout routines at home and found going to the gym to be too unstructured and easy to skip. Scheduling time with myself for iLKB classes is much more straightforward — and fun! The workout is different every time, yet it follows the same format so it's easy to learn. It's challenging, but you can scale and modify if you're injured, tired, or out of shape. The instructors are fantastic and truly care about your success; I've been undergoing a major life change in early 2018 and they've been so supportive and positive. I've noticed a major shift in both my mindset and my physical health since I joined — not only am I overall happier and more confident, but my clothes fit better and I'm noticeably leaner in photos. It's worth every penny!

This is 100% best gym I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot of gyms in the past. Not only is it always clean, and well kept but staff, namely Richard and Jess, are always pleasent. Richard is always friendly and willing to help anyone with anything. Jess is 100% the best trainer anyone could ask for. She pushes you to do well while understanding if you have limitations, but she also knows how to make every training fun as her attitude is extremely positive. Jess also is one of the best instructors that this gym has, talented bringing her own choreography to her classes but also engaging. Jess is also innovative introducing the gym to Strong by Zumba, which I cannot wait to start. On top of all this gym has a wide variety of classes in a time frame that works well with just about any schedule. I know that I personally brag about my gym to basically anyone I meet. Keep up the fantastic work

I would recommend pulse fit to anyone that is looking to push themselves to get in shape physically and mentally. I work a stressful job and would prefer to go home and sleep sometimes but Pete always pushes me to come and I feel so much better. Pete is such an amazing trainer and person. He works with each person to make sure they are working to their maximum potential and individualizes each work out. It is always something new. He pushes me to do stuff I don’t always like to do because I feel I’m not good at and I already notice such an improvement. I couldn’t do this without Pete pushing me and not letting me slack on myself. I always walk out feeling refreshed. I’m someone that is not good with going to the gym and Pete always motivates me and pushes me to get to the gym and do better! He actually cares about each persons we’ll ring and will helps with our diet too.

I am A.C.E. Certified and have been personal training for over ten years with a B.S. in Exercise Science. I just recently left my gym of six years where I was the master trainer, to start my own business, Optimal Fitness, with the hope of branching out to more people. I have worked with clients of all ages from 14 – 75 years old. I do personal training and small group training with an emphasis on variety and keeping workouts exciting.
I am committed to helping my clients become the best versions of themselves through exercise and living healthier lifestyles. My knowledge and strong passion for fitness are a direct reflection of my clients achieving their personal fitness as well as mental, goals.
The thing I love most about my job is helping people and knowing I made a huge difference in someones life.
If the client wants a trainer that has the perfect balance of empathy and structure. I have found throughout the years that those two traits combined help the person always achieve what they set out to do.
Focus, commitment, and willpower are the three traits someone needs to have before they can their dream body. Believe it or not, looking that good is not primarily made in the gym. Your mentality outside of the gym needs to change before you can get the mentality inside of the gym.
Like one-on-one training in person, you can get workouts tailored to your goals and fitness level. You share your goals and experience with exercise in the app and we will formulate a plan, creating a custom nutrition and exercise plan to follow. You can then send messages back and forth about how the workouts are, what is and isn’t working for you, and how your progress is going. This particular form of training is perfect for someone always on the go or someone who is too far of a distance to meet face to face.
We follow all CDC guidelines whether we meet at my gym or at your home. These include:
1. Hand sanitizer and disposable wipes are placed abundantly throughout the space for workers and customers to disinfect their hands and equipment before and after use.
2. Trainers are required to wash hands before and after each training session and sanitize frequently during each session.
3. All equipment must be sanitized between uses. No equipment shall be used by another customer or returned to the storage rack / container without being sanitized.
4. Clients are encouraged to use one piece of equipment at a time (e.g., limit circuit training or “super sets” with multiple pieces of equipment) in order to facilitate required sanitizing.
5. Clients must wear masks when entering and leaving the building.
6. During sessions, if a client is retrieving a piece of equipment for use, masks must be on.
7. While working out in their own personal workspace at a high level of intensity, clients can take the mask partially off to facilitate breathing then must put it back on. Immediately after exercising, that particular workspace must be immediately sanitized.
