Mike has not only helped me gain muscle and lose fat, but he’s also taught me how to develop healthy eating habits that are repeatable. My biggest problem before using Mike’s plan was consistently eating healthy. I would eat a lot of crap one day, then eat a tiny bit the next day, and try to sustain that. His diet plans ensure that you are eating enough, while not over indulging. Also his workout plans are second to none! Would highly suggest anyone looking for a trainer to reach out to Mike. I love this gym! The women are all so friendly & supportive. I attend classes six days a week & each one is different. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable. It is also very affordable & conveniently located on Lake Quannapowitt. My husband comments on how happy I am when I get home from my workouts. I tell him, "I had fun!"

Scheduling time with myself for iLKB classes is much more straightforward — and fun! The workout is different every time, yet it follows the same format so it's easy to learn. It's challenging, but you can scale and modify if you're injured, tired, or out of shape. The instructors are fantastic and truly care about your success; I've been undergoing a major life change in early 2018 and they've been so supportive and positive. I've noticed a major shift in both my mindset and my physical health since I joined — not only am I overall happier and more confident, but my clothes fit better and I'm noticeably leaner in photos. It's worth every penny!

This approach to working out works well for me. The trainers are excellent, tuned in to the goals and needed modifications for each client, and very friendly and helpful. The best part is the social environment among the women, that makes it fun for all of us. It is a small studio, but the equipment is very well utilized and the hours are quite extensive. It is also easy to change appointments online at home. It is pricey, but still much less expensive than individual personal training. The fact that you commit to a schedule is what makes it so effective. You get to know the women you work out with. I look forward to working out at Shakti, and that is more than half the battle. I'm always glad I did, and I can see myself getting stronger.

I would recommend pulse fit to anyone that is looking to push themselves to get in shape physically and mentally. I work a stressful job and would prefer to go home and sleep sometimes but Pete always pushes me to come and I feel so much better. Pete is such an amazing trainer and person. He works with each person to make sure they are working to their maximum potential and individualizes each work out. It is always something new. He pushes me to do stuff I don’t always like to do because I feel I’m not good at and I already notice such an improvement. I couldn’t do this without Pete pushing me and not letting me slack on myself. I always walk out feeling refreshed. I’m someone that is not good with going to the gym and Pete always motivates me and pushes me to get to the gym and do better! He actually cares about each persons we’ll ring and will helps with our diet too.
