Josh is a fantastic trainer! I started working with him when I was still recovering from a lower back injury. He helped me recover my strength and mobility and I could not be more grateful for everything he has taught me. He is extremely knowledgeable about how muscles interact and how different exercises help overcome weaknesses and explains everything, so I’ve learned not just proper form but how different exercises help. He’s a great teacher. He pushes me to go farther than I think I can offers encouragement and support and has also kept me on track during the stay at home order by coming up with body weight based programs that can be completed with minimal equipment.
