I’m very happy with the progress I’ve made with Reid as my personal trainer. He has done a great job throughout our work together - ascertaining my goals and level of fitness when we started, and creating a program for me building strength, balance and coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. He demonstrates each exercise, pointing out which muscle group we are targeting, and is helpful in offering corrections and modifications if needed. When I have questions about why we are doing a certain exercise, he provides an explanation that helps put it into context for the overall training plan - it is clear to me that he’s done his homework and is thoughtful about the training program. He is encouraging and knows when to push me to go a little further. Reid also makes training fun - I look forward to our sessions every week!

Â He has listened to what I want to accomplish and has also factored in injuries and other limitations. Â He has come up with multiple workouts with multiple exercises that can also be mixed and matched to create new workouts as well.
