In the time that I have been training with Dennis, I have accomplished more than what I ever thought I could. Before each session, without fail, I am greeted by his bright smile and positive energy. He is someone that truly loves what he does and dedicates his every effort into making the experience customized precisely to what the client is looking for. He takes careful measurements of weight/times and logs previous workouts so that the client can visually see the immediate results even if there haven't been been any physical changes. He also has given me diet suggestions that would most suitably compliment the workouts and promote the best muscle growth. Within the first week, the amount of weight I could handle had increased substantially and so had the speed at which I could perform with them. Seeing the daily progress kept me motivated and gave me the mentality that I could truly do whatever I set my mind to (with assistance from Dennis of course)! He modifies and adjusts workouts based on what your body can handle and/or how well it is recovering so that the muscles are not strained and the client is not in pain. In addition, he takes the time out of his day on my rest days to reach out and ensure I am phsyically and mentally handling the workouts well. Another thing to note is that Dennis has NEVER kicked me out of the gym if the session is over and we did not get through everything. He always allows me to stay for as long as I need to finish the workout, and never asks for a penny more, even if I end up staying for 2 hours. This is a person that makes me feel comfortable and someone I know is PROUD of me and my progress. He is consistently positive and reminding me of how far I have come. Just as the beginning of each workout, at the end, his smile always beams and he tells me that I did I good job no matter how the day went. I personally would give him 10,000 stars if I could. He is an excellent trainer for anyone of any age. Seriously, the BEST.
