Â He has listened to what I want to accomplish and has also factored in injuries and other limitations. Â He has come up with multiple workouts with multiple exercises that can also be mixed and matched to create new workouts as well. I have been going to Athletic Strength Training for a month now. I have had a great experience and have already seen tremendous results including my clothing sizes going down rapidly. Every time I work out I see improvements of some sort. Micheal Peshler is an excellent trainer. He asses every person and makes realistic, effective, and fun programs tailored to each individual. It is clear he cares about each of his clients, which is extremely hard to find in commercial gyms these days. This gym is not a bootcamp or a class like that. It is personal training in a group enviorement. Micheal does a great job at paying close attention to everyone for corrections and extra encouragement. He also keeps records of all workouts in order for clients to see there progress in weight sets, and reps. The gym is also clean and the schedule is very flexible. I recommend this gym to people who are looking to workout consistently, achieve goals, and most importantly feel better about themselves as they become stronger and healthier.
