About 4 months ago I was introduced to Tim the owner at Spartan Training. I began training with him and since have lost 58lbs. I see Tim 3 times a week and feel great. He has me on a strict diet and I am on my way to becoming in the best shape of my life. This gym, is the best basement gym I've ever seen.the staff is really great, the equipment is awesome, and there is a better selection at this little basement gym then there is at my current "health/tennis" club.Thelimiting factor of course, is that it's a basement gym the ceilings aren't high enough to do some of the more gymnastics oriented stuff, but for just working out it is the best gym in South suburban.Also, in terms of price and service they beat everyone.
