I had lost around 12 pounds and was stuck in plateau mode and not seeing any change at all in my body despite the loss of weight. I was frustrated. I was angry at my body. When I looked at the trainers at my gym who were my age, they seemed to be having the same struggle. I thought that it was hopeless if they could not stay in shape. I didn’t even want to look at myself.
With Parker’s help, I was able to slim down and lose another 12 pounds and break past the plateau! For me, it was super important to be able to have real conversations about how I was doing, how I felt, and what was difficult. While working with Parker, I suffered some physical set-backs, but he was right there with ideas about what we could do and how we could still be on track.

I also have an option to send you workouts through a custom APP that includes nutrition, 5 day a week workouts, embedded instructional videos, instant messaging, progress photos, weigh-ins, weekly check-ins and much more.
The changes that we have made to keep customers safe is we do temperature checks upon arrival, hand sanitizer throughout the gym, masks are worn in and out of the gym, we have also limited our class sizes to 8 people or less.
