I would invite everyone, regardless of what level of fitness you currently find yourself to come in and find out more about Top Tier Columbia. In my opinion, here's what really defines Top Tier Columbia...they have incredibly knowledgeable, patient and nurturing coaches! Nurturing is the best compliment that I could pay to the coaches there. They understand your journey, your challenges, your goals and they help you get to where you want to be. It's not about what they want you to do, it's about what they can do to help make you a better athlete. I worked out for a long time by myself, doing P90 and Insanity and thought I was a stud...I wasn't! You may think you're doing all the right things but having a coach watch you and observe your movements will change you. I look back at my last two and a half years at Top Tier Columbia and cannot believe how much improved my mobility is, my range of movement and how much more I know about my body. My suggestion to people looking for a change would be to stop in, see the space and talk to one of the coaches. You'll love it!

This is a great gym and one of the better Lifetime Fitnesses in the Twin Cities area.  It usually is not too crowded and have plenty of cardio and strength training equipment.  The classes and groups are great too.  I especially like the run club there.  They have really good run leads and coaches as well as a great group of runners that are there.  The classes are really good as well.  I have been in a number of the spin classes and they all a a bit different but all of them are great.  Bob-Spin instructor is great, very  knowledgeable and pushes you a lot, long sustaining interval work normally.Jason-Spin instructor is good and does a lot of hard hill workouts.Suzanne- Spin instructor is excellent too, she plays great music and pushes you pretty hard while engaging with the class a lot.Jill-Spin instructor is good but doesn't really utilize the music and provides more instruction throughout the workout as opposed to using the musical ups and downs.Patti-Spin instructor is great too, she pushes you a lot and I have probably pushed the hardest from a heartrate  peaking standpoint in her class.
