My passion for fitness brings me the greatest joy when a client learns that I live with a chronic autoimmune disorder as well as a permanent plate and screws in my knee. They are encouraged knowing that I did not give up and in turn they are able to push beyond their perceived limitations. Being a personal trainer allows me to experience this joy on a regular basis.
During our initial consultation we will discuss what the clients goal are and create a realistic timeline and steps on achieving them. I check in on a regular basis to make sure I am there to hold them accountable.
Commitment. I will share that my reason behind working out and staying fit is NOT to have the 'body of my dreams' with my health challenges that thought is no longer present. I care for my body so that as I age it can care for me.

Fitness sessions and classes were my 'side' gigs...then after multiple client requests for daytime hours it encouraged me to make the leap.
My method of personal training is not to have the perfect body. It is to encourage and motivate my clients to become an overall better version of themselves - shift comes from within - when the internal shift occurs the external chooses to align itself with the greatest and highest version. I support them in making a conscious choice in putting their health first.
I currently offer remote services from my home gym. If clients do not have equipment readily available I am able to tailor a custom functional fitness program that focuses on their goals.
For in person sessions in the private fitness studio all equipment is sanitized after each use. There are never additional people in the studio. Just me and the client. Masks are worn at all times.
