Sarah is such a good trainer. She is ALWAYS ready for me, the workouts are excellent, I get a great workout every single visit but don’t feel exhausted and depleted afterward. Her knowledge of nutrition and the different muscles is impressive. The workouts are all so different and really target the specific areas intended. I have gone from being weak and somewhat unbalanced to much stronger and balanced. Additionally my mood is much improved and I now crave exercise again like I used to many years ago. Sean is wonderful, friendly and professional. The facility is clean and organized. Love their towels and water. The other clients there are also friendly. It truly is a gem of a workout studio.
