After a quick assessment of my lifestyle and personal history, Jeff jumped right into explaining nutritional needs and body chemistry and a lot of things I didn't quite understand. He took me through a short workout and explained how he crafts a personalized program to meet each client's individual needs and explained the session packages available. I thought to myself "he just gave me a lot of free information!" I thought about it a few days and then signed up for a 10-session package. That was in June of 2013 and I have continued to renew my package since then, going to Momentum twice a week. In the first year, I dropped 25 pounds and more than 16" overall. My fat loss may be more, as I'm sure I've increased my muscle mass. I dropped dress and pants sizes, and got back into clothes I had in the back of my closet gathering dust. I feel better, look better, and am in the best shape of my life at 52. Jeff continues to push me to train hard and eat right, and is always supportive and encouraging.
