This cool yoga studio is the place to go for hot yoga, known as Moksha. Students go through a series of yoga flows in a room heated to 100 degrees. You break a sweat just sitting peacefully meditating. After 90 minutes of practice, I was drenched...so much so that I couldn't even do a downward dog without slipping on my mat. Yet when I left, I almost felt euphoric. If you're thinking of trying Moksha, you must bring a full sized bath towel (to prevent mat slippage) and big bottle of water. If you forget these items, you can purchase or rent them at the front desk. Moksha also sells super stylish work out gear, so I can't wait to go back and shop!
