Some are comprised of all HIIT routines , some are all weight lifting and some are a hybrid of both weight lifting and HIIT so that there is a Boot Camp to target everyone's goals!

I have been working out at Popp's Personal Fitness since 2013. I am 54 years old and my workout partner (my mother) is 74. TJ really focuses on proper form and technique and guides you through all exercises. Safety is a priority with him. We have varied workouts: weights, core, cardio, balance, and functional. I have lost about 40 pounds and gained a lot of strength. When we had our "1 rep max out" day, I dead-lifted 225! I only weigh 130! TJ motivates you to push yourself, not give up, and realize that your body can do more than you think it can. TJ also encourages you to eat a clean diet and get proper rest and hydration. I have seen him work out and know that he practices what he preaches. TJ is the real deal!

Son of Siam is a family friendly martial arts school that also has a successful competition team. We teach Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu jitsu, Judo, MMA. It’s impossible to take these classes and not get fit. Our beginner classes are our most popular classes. We run kids classes at 5:30 on our lower mat while the adults are on the top mat. We have discounted rates for Families, Military, Firefighters, Law Enforcement, all first responders, and college students.

The Blair Brothers have won multiple 1st places and come up second and third. They have trained many times with Nathan Fitch and his Academy. It is a clean organized top notch facility. He trains Muai Thai and Jiu-jitsu. If it wasn't for who he is and the staff's excellent training we would not travel 3 hours plus hours just to train with him and his staff.

This cool yoga studio is the place to go for hot yoga, known as Moksha. Students go through a series of yoga flows in a room heated to 100 degrees. You break a sweat just sitting peacefully meditating. After 90 minutes of practice, I was drenched...so much so that I couldn't even do a downward dog without slipping on my mat. Yet when I left, I almost felt euphoric. If you're thinking of trying Moksha, you must bring a full sized bath towel (to prevent mat slippage) and big bottle of water. If you forget these items, you can purchase or rent them at the front desk. Moksha also sells super stylish work out gear, so I can't wait to go back and shop!
