The secret to getting the body of your dreams is creating a sustainable fitness and nutrition regimen into your life. It's finding the best way for you to implement the foundational principles of fitness and nutrition that create results and success, and take consistent action on those principles. What that looks like is different for each person. Some may only workout twice per week while following a balanced nutrition plan. Others may workout three or four times per week while eating in balance. The point is that you have a plan and program that you can stick with for the long term. Without heavy restriction in your eating. Without working out every day. Without having to give up the rest of your life for your fitness.

What do you love most about your job?

Two things:

1. I love having the opportunity to establish and build relationships with my clients. By the time we are done working together, I am blessed to call many of them good friends.

2. Seeing clients create transformation in their health and fitness. It's so rewarding seeing someone look back at where they started and see how much stronger they are, how their physique has changed, how much more energy they have, how much more confident they are, and more. I'm blessed to be a part of their journey.

What inspired you to start your own business?

For me, I saw that there are a lot of trainers and coaches out there who don't hold themselves accountable to deliver results to their clients. A lot of times, they give clients plans and if the client doesn't succeed, the coach either doesn't have an answer or points to something the client didn't do. I build this accountability in for myself to deliver by providing a satisfaction guarantee with my coaching programs, so that if clients aren't happy, they're refunded their investment. As an employee, I couldn't do this.

I also was in some gyms where the focus was more about revenue than client success. That doesn't align with my values, and I knew having my own business would allow me to provide great service to my clients with the focus of providing a great experience and delivering results first and foremost.
