RJ Rocks!! My first work out session with RJ made muscles ache for 3 long days( my co-workers can attest to my pain lol) and I hit the gym 5 days a week. I hired Danny last summer and I couldn't be happier my decision. I was doing CrossFit before but between some personal injuries and Covid I was looking for at home personal programming. Danny does a great job on every front. He is timely in having the workouts programmed, the platform he uses is great, he responds to any questions quickly, all of the programming is constantly changing while focusing on my fitness goals. Most importantly he is focused on injury prevention as he designs the workouts. He has been a great sounding board as I consider any purchases to add to my home gym. LOVE this place! The instructors are inspiring and help push you through the burn you're feeling at the barre. I love the variety of classes they offer allowing you to get the most well rounded experience you can find at any barre studio. I've been taking classes since they opened and consistently set my alarm to attend the 5:30 classes day in and out. You should check them out!

Michael has been in emergency services since 1998. He later went to school to become a paramedic and is currently a firefighter/paramedic. Both Michael and Deanna have always enjoyed helping. Deanna has obtained her ACE Personal Certification and is currently obtaining her ACE Health Coach Certification. Our health has not always been that great. Both of have lost over 60 pounds each! Being an unhealthy weight we felt terrible. Both of us took control of our health. As we learned to control our health that translated to each of our desires to help people. We both began to help friends and family members. We realized quickly how much we enjoyed helping people with their fitness success, and decided to become certified as a personal trainers. We enjoy every minute of preparing and helping clients. We want to help others so they can be their best version of themselves and feel great for themselves!
