I wish I could give Evefit more than 5 stars! I cannot say enough about this place. I have belonged to many gyms and tried many workout classes - these classes are hands down the best I’ve ever taken. I’m someone who has always enjoyed working out alone and going at my own pace, so I was reluctant to try these instructor-led classes. However, these classes are structured so that each individual can go at their own pace, and these instructors are amazing at encouraging us to do our best and even maybe go a little bit harder than we normally would. The combo of cardio and weights is just killer (in a good way!), and ending the class with yoga is so calming and uplifting. I always leave in a great mood and ENERGIZED! Amazing that I can work out HARD and feel more energized than when I got there. They have a nutritionist there that can help get you on track with eating healthy. I’m currently doing their 6-week challenge and I am seeing such amazing changes to the way my body looks and feels. It feels wonderful to be part of a workout community of positive supportive women. There’s no judgement! We are all cheering each other on. Evefit has been a blessing in my life and I HIGHLY recommend it whether you have 10 pounds or 100 pounds to lose.
