From there, come in for your Starting Point Session and we’ll go over goals, medical and injury history, and a simple no-sweat movement screen to build your perfect program. We have a team of personal trainers that coach, motivate, & help keep you accountable to reaching your goals!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The key is finding a plan that works for you. Everyone is different and has different issues that have kept them "getting the body of their dreams." A plan has to meet the person where they currently are at. Moving from there, you have to find a solution that you enjoy and are willing to stick with and sustain long term.

We get to work and interact with amazing people. Not only do we get to work with them daily, we help them achieve things and reach goals that they never thought possible.

What inspired you to start your own business?

We have a passion to help people achieve their goals and develop a growth mindset that will help them live a stronger, healthier, and happier life. I think a lot of gyms & personal trainers, unfortunately, set people up for failure. They throw them in over their head. They get frustrated. They quit. It's a vicious cycle...and it's not their fault. It's the gym's fault. Our goal is end that cycle and help you feel and experience success!!

Yes, we have a private "Member's Vault" with hundreds of at-home workouts and follow along workouts with professional trainers.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We require a mask upon entering (and exiting). Temperature is taken at the door by touchless thermometer. Clients are in own individual "pods" with no shared equipment. We have over 9000 square feet of space and are operating at 25% capacity to ensure safe social distancing. We are also a private gym and require pre-scheduling using our online scheduling app.
