This place is the best yoga place I have ever visited in my entire life. The instructors are so friendly. I have always had a passion for exercise, but I struggled for years to find a sustainable way to achieve my goals. I suffered with an exercise obsession and an eating disorder in college, which eventually lead me to weightlifting. I fell in love with this style of training. Not only was I able to grow muscle and body recomposition, but more importantly, I realized that exercise did not have to exist to solely change my physique. I workout to gain strength, help my depression, improve my physical health, push myself mentally, and to become the best version of myself. I want to create this passion in my clients and give them the tools that they need so that they no longer need my services one day. I am an ACE certified personal trainer and an NASM certified corrective exercise specialist, nutritionist, and weight loss specialist. I am able to help you achieve any goals, no matter what they are. Working out is extremely individualized, and I am willing to give each of my clients the attention that they deserve!
I understand that fitness is such a personal thing. There is no "one size fits all" formula. Online- I use an app called TrueCoach where I program all of my clients training. They are able to see demonstrations of the exercises, sets, reps, tempo, etc.
I have my clients send videos of them performing the exercises so that I can give form corrections/technique suggestions.
Every Sunday, I do online check-ins via email or facetime, where we discuss goals, nutrition, and the workouts.
