I offer a wide range of personal and athletic training and development. I offer a hybrid and holistic approach to fitness and wellness. Through an incorporation of; flexibility/mobility, functional movements, strength training, nutritional and anatomical education, and last but not least, mental health practices, I am able to motivate people and help them real their goals. I greatly enjoy working with people, and am always willing to challenge myself to find different ways to help others achieve their goals. I am certified through NCFS (National Council of Strength and Fitness), PTA Global, F.M.S. (Functional Movement Systems) and TriggerPoint Recovery Program. I am also constantly striving to learn more, and to find new ways to apply my knowledge to help those I work with. I would love the opportunity to work with you, and hope to hear from you soon!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

By incorporating a wide range of fitness and wellness philosophies and practices, I am able to help people that I worknwith achieve their goals. I like to make exercise and nutrition fun, and try to motivate people to want to train.

Maintaining a healthy state of mind, I have found, is extremely important for people trying to make a lifestyle change. So I have dedicated a good amount of my time to learning mental health, and using this knowledge to help others and keep them motivated and happy.

On top of this, I put clients through appropriately challenging workouts. I believe it is important not to over-train or "burnout" my clients. Recovery training is a big part of our regiment, and helps to keep people feeling good and therefore more inclined to continue on their path to achieve their goals!

I hold my people accountable for their food consumption, as well as with their training outside of our time together. I feel it is important to be approachable at all times, and to keep good rapport with my people. I am always trying to make clients feel as comfortable as possible while working with me.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

First off, you have to have some sort of attainable goals set for yourself. Next, it is important to be honest and open with yourself, as that will be crucial to success. This will be followed with hard work and determination to stay consistent. Consistency is the key to success here.

What do you love most about your job?

I love to meet different people from all walks of life, and to hear their story and to learn their dreams and aspirations. Then to help them achieve these goals and get them to do things they never thought possible, is the real reward for me. I truly love helping others, and seeing the joy they experience when they have success.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I had worked for a corporate gym for 4 years, and was unhappy with the disconnect between the corporate world and the needs of the clients. I figured I could offer people a better, more personal and intimate experience for a similar price. This has brought me success, and I look to continue that by sharing this experience with those who are looking to make an impactful change in their lives.
