I guess the only real review is your experience , the question is how good do you want to get. I did not understand Food and weights I didn’t know where to start , I met Kara when she was teaching a group class. I felt lost, I told her I didn’t understand never felt alone again.

We discussed my needs and my expectations and he developed a fitness plan specifically for me. Every month is different and his programs are tailored to work every part of your body.
