I always approach each person as a completely new challenge and make sure I listen and understand what is most important to them and then work with them to develop the best possible plan to achieve their goals. Understanding what works and doesn't for you and then being patient and persistent with it. There's no secret and no shortcuts to the body you want it takes hard work and consistency above all else.

What do you love most about your job?

Working with people of all backgrounds, ages and abilities. I truly enjoy helping people realize their potential and watching the evolution of their body and mind.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have worked for a few gyms in the past and ultimately I found it hard to maximize my clients results due to the rigid structure gyms typically have for personal trainers and their clients. I try to be available to every person in some form or fashion even if they have very little money to spare or time. I can help everyone somehow even if it's just a few words of advice or one session a month to help them build their own routine and revise it over time.

My experience, education and my ability to constantly rework my understanding of each individual need my clients have. I am not a drill sergeant and I am not ever going to yell at a client unless they want me to. Training people is about helping build them up mentally physically emotionally etc so they can feel confident and motivated to achieve their goals.
