Yes, I can provide service online. It starts with an initial consultation to get to know each other by obtaining goal information and seeing how I can help you achieve your goal. From there I will gather health and fitness assessment information to design an individualized program. There is a 12 week commitment because in order to see specific physiological adaptations there needs to be 12 weeks of consistency. Every four weeks I will write a program, we will have a 30 minute coaching call every week. You can also email me with any questions and I will get back to you in 24 hours.
