You always have a personal trainer and you have an appointment (easy to book a free initial consult!). We sell 6, 12, and 18 month packages, you come twice a week for 20 mins! We do a style of training called, slow continuous motion. This puts tension though the muscle for a longer period of time, which gives an effective workout in a short amount of time.

I do not go to this gym anymore since I relocated but in my opinion this is by far the best gym you can go to in Fort Walton Beach especially for the price. It is certainly not the fanciest looking gym in town and does not have every single machine that you can find in a super expensive gym but it does has everything that you need to get in amazing shape. The dumbbells go up to 100 lbs and there are plenty of areas to powerlift or perform calisthenics (my favorite way to train). Dave and the trainers working here were always very nice to me and helpful when I needed any sort of help as well.

Trudy is not only an amazing trainer, she's also caring, compassionate, and fun! I thought I would never lift weights, but Trudy makes a plan fit for you and makes sure you can achieve your goals, all while pushing you, but not beyond what you can't handle. She makes working out fun and keeps it different, because I get bored easily. She's very good at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to start a fitness routine.
