I have dedicated myself to help women to get back in shape, staying motivated and helping them to reach their goals in the more efficient and fast way. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach that's why I put all my effort to develop customized training plans based on ones body and personal goals. I've worked with over 500 women in my career in Europe and in the US, helping them to reach their goals and feeling confident with their own body.

I love this gym so much. Â Five Stars for the staff, atmosphere, cleanliness and workout equipment. Â Minus one star if you need child care but for those of you who do not need child care, this place is awesome. Â There is a cross fit studio and private parking lot across the street from the gym. Â The gym itself is smaller than the chain gyms but so are the number of patrons. Â I usually saw 5-10 people in the gym working out during the day, 20 in the evenings. Â $50/month if you set up automatic payment with a credit card. Â This is NOT a cheesy pick up gym.

Huge brand new gym with an overwhelming assortment of weights and cardio machines. A weight lifter's dream. Multiple free squat racks and cable pulleys. It can get pretty crowded in the free weights area and around the cable pulleys, as dudes tend to work out in pairs or threesomes, and working in doesn't seem to be a concept they're into. But I can usually figure out an alternate solution with all the available options. Youfit does lack in the ab department, no sleeves for hanging leg lifts and no ab wheels, but no gym ever has it all. Membership starts at $10 a month, unheard of. It's clean, bright and has good energy. Free parking in the attached stripmall. People are friendly and real. No surgically enhanced housewives in head to toe Underarmor gear. They have a large separate studio for classes. I've only taken Natasha's Saturday morning yoga class. It is a great basic class for beginners, or people like me who just want to feel good and stretch, without headstands. Hopefully they will add more yoga classes, especially on weekends. Would be great to have a choice of different yoga styles and levels. Hint, hint! The one criticism I have is that they should be checking the bathrooms a little more frequently, as I've seen some gross things. Things grown women should be ashamed of. We all have thumbs, don't we?!
