Before the COVID pandemic, Don Bell Fitness was an effective and successful brick and mortar business that focused on in-person small group weight training classes up to 12 people that transitioned to an almost exclusively online service in the wake of COVID that now caters to individuals that prefer private home workouts where they feel much safer from sickness training at home as well feeling more empowered privately and feeling less self-conscious training home(online) only under the instructive eyes of only their trainer. Those services include, but are not limited to, LIVE online training sessions, customized workouts with video illustrations and equipment recommendations for home workouts and/or workouts designed to be performed in a gym setting.
