We take a science based approach that ensures you lose the weight, build muscle and sustain your results without feeling the need to be on highly restrictive diets or working out all the time. Each plan is custom tailored to each client depending on where you're at in terms of overall health and your goals. Here is our story about this program got started: At 25 years old, I was 80 pounds overweight, depressed, low energy, high blood pressure and the continuous bloating was “IBS” according to doctors. After this visit to the doctor there was something telling me that if I continued on this road I was going on, I would die at an early age… …Which pushed me down a road of researching and trying to get things under control. I was determined. So I started intermittent fasting and cut out all gluten because that’s what the doctor suggested. And after 60 days, I had lost over 50lbs and I felt great. My blood pressure was under control. I had my energy back. And I started going on long walks. But a few short months later, I gained the weight back and this time more. So I tried going vegan, Keto, just smoothies and a couple other restrictive diets and this cycle continued. I would lose the weight and gain it back and this continued over the course of 5-6 years. I knew there had to be a better way and staying determined I finally figured out the formula. Because now I’ve consistently been a healthy 160lb weight for the last 5 years. I don’t go to the gym everyday, in fact, I only workout a few times a week and it’s typically short 20-minute workouts from home with no equipment. I also don’t feel like I’m on a restrictive diet. One thing is clear, the restrictive diets don’t work. Sure you lose a bunch of weight while you’re doing it - but it’s not sustainable. And typically when you start eating again after being on one of these diets, the weight just comes back on. I’ve designed this program so we develop healthy habits that don’t feel like a burden on you. Don't get me wrong, this does take work but it's worth it. For the past year, I’ve been training and coaching people here locally where I live and my goal is to impact more people by going online. Because it doesn’t matter what diet you go on, how much you workout or don’t workout, if you don’t have the right strategy then you’ll end up on this cycle. So if you want to lose weight and keep it off, you’ve come to the right place. As long as you are committed, I’m confident my approach (scientifically backed) will work for you and you can sustain your results for life. Every client is different. Our most common request is weight loss, and often times people have tried diets in the past, saw some good results, but not too long later they typically often the weight back and sometimes more. The approach we take solves this problem as we focus on sustainability and creating a plan that is right for you.
The secret is having the right strategy. There is a lot of misinformation regarding weight loss and as most of us know, highly restrictive diets are not a sustainable approach for anyone. The proper way to achieve your ideal body is by focusing heavy for a short period on weight loss, then switching over to the proper caloric surplus while still maintaining the low bodyfat we achieved. This needs to be very carefully though and when done correctly, you will be able to sustain your results for life.
