Huge brand new gym with an overwhelming assortment of weights and cardio machines. A weight lifter's dream. Multiple free squat racks and cable pulleys. It can get pretty crowded in the free weights area and around the cable pulleys, as dudes tend to work out in pairs or threesomes, and working in doesn't seem to be a concept they're into. But I can usually figure out an alternate solution with all the available options. Youfit does lack in the ab department, no sleeves for hanging leg lifts and no ab wheels, but no gym ever has it all. Membership starts at $10 a month, unheard of. It's clean, bright and has good energy. Free parking in the attached stripmall. People are friendly and real. No surgically enhanced housewives in head to toe Underarmor gear. They have a large separate studio for classes. I've only taken Natasha's Saturday morning yoga class. It is a great basic class for beginners, or people like me who just want to feel good and stretch, without headstands. Hopefully they will add more yoga classes, especially on weekends. Would be great to have a choice of different yoga styles and levels. Hint, hint! The one criticism I have is that they should be checking the bathrooms a little more frequently, as I've seen some gross things. Things grown women should be ashamed of. We all have thumbs, don't we?!
I have dedicated myself to help women to get back in shape, staying motivated and helping them to reach their goals in the more efficient and fast way. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach that's why I put all my effort to develop customized training plans based on ones body and personal goals. I've worked with over 500 women in my career in Europe and in the US, helping them to reach their goals and feeling confident with their own body. My mission is to give my support, the instruments and the motivation you need to get the best body that you can get, helping you to have a healthier lifestyle through a variety of individual, group and on-line personal training plans.
I'm a great motivator and very skilled at coaching.
I'm always very committed to my clients, I listen to them, I need to know their needs, habits, dreams and fears. Only through this I can really help them and develop the most efficient and detailed customized training plan to reach the result as fast as possible. I'm always by their side because failure is not an option.
Do the first step to change (the scariest but the most important one).
Find a Professional that can help you, be on your side to support you and motivate you.
Build consistency.
When you start to see results the motivation increases and the process has started:
your body starts transforming and you become even more consistent, motivated and disciplined and you start loving the process.
Physical activity and good choices become your life style.
The thing I definitely love most of my job is to see people change and transforming their life.
I've seen so many transformations in my career and that feeling is gratifying for all the hard work and effort I put into it.
I love teaching people the movements, developing tailored programs is challenging and stimulating . I'm very passionate of my job, I love my clients and I'm very committed to them.
My clients inspired me. I wasn't a personal trainer yet and I trained at the gym. Some people often came to me for suggestions about exercise form and after a while some of them asked me to get trained. So 10 years ago I decided that was my career, I start studying and I received my first Personal Trainer Degree.
Because I have a great work ethic, I'm a skilled coach and I'm very committed to my clients. My mission is helping them to reach their goals giving them the motivation they need and keeping them consistent.
