There were a few teething problems when the new management took over ownership, mix up and re shuffle of classes etc, now the membership has been reduced and now includes all classes it is much better , the instructors are excellent, very motivating and know their profession very well . I find the staff members on the front desk polite and friendly, the gym itself is clean has state of the art equipment plus it is not one of those gyms where you are made to feel uncomfortable.
It is a bit of a drive to get there for me but I feel worth it as to the level of classes that are available , I know I am always going to be offered a great workout that’s changes from day to day so you never get bored .

1. Goal Setting: A strength coach can work with the client to establish clear and realistic fitness goals based on their individual needs and aspirations. This ensures that the client’s objectives are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).
2. Customized Training Programs: A strength coach will design personalized training programs tailored to the client’s goals, abilities, and any specific requirements or limitations they may have. These programs typically include exercises targeting strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness.
3. Proper Technique and Form: A coach ensures that clients perform exercises with correct technique and form to maximize effectiveness and prevent injuries. They provide guidance, instruction, and feedback to ensure clients are executing exercises safely and efficiently.
4. Progress Tracking: A coach helps clients track their progress by monitoring various factors such as strength gains, endurance improvements, body composition changes, and other relevant metrics. Regular assessments allow the coach to make adjustments to the training program as needed.
5. Motivation and Accountability: The presence of a strength coach and the supportive environment of a facility can provide motivation and accountability for clients. Coaches offer encouragement, support, and guidance, pushing clients to overcome challenges and stay consistent with their fitness routines.
6. Safety and Injury Prevention: A well-equipped facility ensures a safe training environment with appropriate equipment and trained staff. Coaches prioritize proper warm-up, cooldown, and injury prevention techniques, reducing the risk of injuries during workouts.
7. Education and Guidance: Strength coaches often educate clients about various aspects of fitness, including nutrition, lifestyle factors, recovery strategies, and the science behind training methodologies. This knowledge empowers clients to make informed decisions and sustain their progress beyond the coaching relationship.
The approach that works is the one you stick to the most.
As a strength coach, there are several aspects of my job that I find incredibly fulfilling and enjoyable. First and foremost, I love the opportunity to help others. It's incredibly rewarding to make a positive impact on my clients' lives, assisting them in reaching their fitness goals, improving their health, and enhancing their overall well-being.
Building relationships is another aspect I truly appreciate. Getting to know my clients on a personal level, understanding their aspirations, and supporting them through their fitness journey is something I value greatly. Building trust and rapport with my clients is incredibly fulfilling to me.
Witnessing progress is a source of great joy for me as a coach. Seeing my clients make strides and achieve their goals is incredibly gratifying. Whether it's witnessing them gain strength, improve their performance, or boost their confidence, celebrating these milestones is incredibly rewarding.
Sharing knowledge is another aspect that brings me immense satisfaction. I have a deep passion for fitness, and being able to educate my clients about exercise techniques, proper form, nutrition, and other relevant topics is incredibly fulfilling. Empowering my clients with knowledge and helping them make positive lifestyle changes is something I truly value.
Problem-solving and adaptation are also aspects of my job that I thoroughly enjoy. Each client is unique, and their fitness journeys present various challenges. I appreciate the opportunity to analyze my clients' needs, identify areas for improvement, and design tailored training programs. Adapting workouts and strategies to suit individual circumstances keeps my job dynamic and engaging.
Lastly, the constant learning in the field of fitness and strength training is something I find incredibly exciting. Staying up to date with the latest research, attending conferences or workshops, and refining my coaching techniques are all part of the ongoing learning process that keeps me intellectually stimulated.
In summary, as a strength coach, I find joy in helping others, building relationships, witnessing client progress, sharing knowledge, problem-solving, and continuous learning. These aspects contribute to my overall satisfaction and passion for my profession.
As a strength coach, the inspiration to open my own facility stems from a deep desire to create a supportive and empowering training environment, where I can fully implement my coaching philosophy, tailor programs to individual needs, and cultivate a community of like-minded individuals striving for their fitness goals.
As a strength coach, clients choose me because of my expertise in designing personalized training programs, my commitment to their success, and my ability to provide guidance, motivation, and accountability throughout their fitness journey.
As a strength coach providing remote services, I ensure quality by utilizing technology to deliver personalized training programs, conducting virtual coaching sessions, offering regular communication and support, and leveraging video analysis to provide feedback on technique.
