Spinning classes are small (8 max.) and Personal Training is one-on-one, unless you want to train with a friend. Both classes and training sessions are by appointment only. This is Not a drop in studio.

Getting back to exercise is not easy for anyone but especially if you have 3 young children and a full time job. Convenience is key along with accountability. Francisco and David have a great set up which provides individual instruction and motivation. Their email and occasional texts make sure to keep you engaged. Their flexible availability allow me to approach exercise in a stress free way instead of another appointment to rush to. Lastly but most importantly is experiencing results. I have been working out with them just two days a week for less than a year. I have personally felt a transformation with more strength energy and endurance. This trickles down to also affecting better eating habits. I feel this is the beginning of a lifestyle change which is so more than I expected on day one. It goes without saying that I highly recommend ITM!
