I've been a member of this gym for over a year now. Super clean, nice staff, always equipment available. Haven't been to classes so I can't comment on that. I've had zero billing issues. My recommendation is to read your contract so there are no surprises:) If you don't like it don't sign it or ask questions. The billing practices and contracts here are no different and frankly, better, than the larger chain gyms, that's why I joined. Happy member, no complaints. I have a family package for a touch less than $80 a month- pretty good deal!

We offer 2 services: 1. Certified Muscle System Specialist (CMSS)- This is for those with pain and/or movement issues. The majority of clients the CMSS after physical therapy, pain management, or surgery has failed, or when they are trying to avoid any surgery or drugs. 2. Traditional Personal Training- The foundation of our training is physics and physiology. We aren't interested in the latest trends and fads.

Finding Fitness Together is the best thing that I've done for myself in a LONG time! The owners and trainers are really conscious of your goals and are really great at teaching you how to focus on the muscle that you are targeting. They stay with you through each rep making sure your form is correct and that you are working the muscle they want you to work. Not only do I feel better, after working out only 1 month/3 days a week, I can already see that I'm toning up. I am 50, so I wasn't expecting to see fast results, but after this first month, I have set my goals higher. Thanks Rob, Lindsey and Corey (Tom too...) for being great coaches, but most of all, for caring!!!!

Dropped in here and really loved it. Clean facility. Family friendly. Workout was hard but great and flexible. I’m postpartum and have some restrictions still and was able to do the workout scaled. Loved Coach Oscar. Will definitely be back and it will be m permanent crossfit home if we end up moving here.

In 2023, moms are expected to do it all alone, but motherhood was never meant to be lived in isolation. More than providing workouts, we are providing a community of moms who support one another in all aspects of parenting.
I am a mom of two little ones. I am passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves. I have a Bachelor's in Exercise Science (Calvin University) and a Masters in Public Health (Boston University). I was inspired to work with moms after my own experience with pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Having completed several half and full marathons prior to pregnancy, I found myself unable to walk around the block without leaking and struggled with postpartum depression. It was difficult to find help through traditional medical channels. My experience led me to use my passion for health and wellness to provide a supportive community for moms to recover, embrace their new bodies, and discover the strength they already have. I truly believe that motherhood is the hardest, most important, and most underappreciated job out there.
