Let me just say working out for me was nonexistent....its something I do not love to do and so I never did..... BUT being a person in the medical field as a nurse I knew dynamically it was important that I incorporate it into my life. For me personally, I had quite a few things I was looking for when it came to a personal trainer, and after 12 consults with 12 different trainers, Julie was the only one who was able to thoroughly answer all of my questions and concerns about my injuries and my overall physical condition. She was straightforward about what she could help with. She’s quick to respond about workouts, stretching, and nutrition. Her app is extremely user-friendly and she also has step-by-step directions for the health app.
