I have been an athlete my entire life. I played Division 1 soccer and Professional soccer overseas. I grew up on the soccer field and in the weight room. Once I stopped playing soccer, I began to find an entirely new love for lifting and working out. There is no better feeling than helping people do what you already know how to do.
